  2. Search and Filter Data: User search queries and filter selections are processed temporarily to provide directory functionality.
  3. Profile Display Information: Names, contact details, and job information are displayed within the web part for organizational communication purposes.

No sensitive or personal information beyond this scope is collected, stored, or shared.

Purpose of Data Use

The collected data is used for:

  1. Displaying searchable employee directory information.
  2. Facilitating internal communication and contact lookup within your organization.
  3. Providing alphabetical and job title filtering capabilities.
  4. Enabling direct phone and email contact through the interface.
